Capture a single commissioning gate test result — functional, performance, acceptance, pre-functional, or re-test.
Subject
What gate or system is being tested? At least one identifier is required.
Cx gate reference (e.g. L3-FPT-002).
If no gate ID yet — name the system (e.g. HVAC AHU-1).
Test
Type of test, the tester, and when it was run.
Drives the Cx phase ledger position.
Cx agent, vendor tech, or party of record.
Date the test was executed.
Result
Outcome band and any measured values or follow-up notes.
Conditional Pass implies a defect to log.
Optional — readings, setpoints, deltas (one per line).
Optional — context, deviations, witnesses.
